Refund policy
At Prevekta Ayurveda, we strive to ensure that our customers have a seamless experience with our products and services. Our return and refund policy is designed to uphold fairness and transparency while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
1. Products

Eligibility for Return
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Any product that is damaged during transit or found to be defective upon delivery is eligible for return or replacement.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Products such as herbal remedies, oils, and consumables are non-returnable once opened for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Customized or personalized products are also non-returnable.
- Return Process
- Contact our customer support team at contact@prevekta.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back.
- Refunds
- Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
2. Services

Appointment Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are not eligible for a refund.
- Service Packages
- Refunds for unused sessions in service packages will be provided if the request is made within 15 days of purchase.
- A prorated amount will be refunded based on the services already availed.
- No-Show Policy
- If a client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the session will be considered as used and no refund will be provided.
3. Online Consultations

Cancellation and Refund
- Consultations can be canceled up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled time for a full refund.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance.
4. General Conditions
- Pravikta Ayurveda reserves the right to decline returns or refunds that do not meet the policy criteria.
- Shipping charges for returns (except for damaged or defective items) will be borne by the customer.
